Headers for 914/6 2.5
Anyone got recommendations for heders for a 85mm bore 914/6 race car. Currently using 1.5 inch bore flat collector prices seem to range widely for 1 and seven eigths from 550 us to 3300 us.

Header choices (diameters) depend on your engine's configuration. You can use either 1.5" to 1 5/8" depending on what cams, compression ratio and RPM range your motor runs in.
Prices are based on the experiences of the maker as well as the materials they are made from. Stainless steel & Inconel are the highest.
I'd need a lot more info to make any recommendations,.....
