RUF 19" cast wheels and nearly new (less than 600 miles) Continental Extremecontact DW tires for a 993 or 996 or 997 narrow body (C2 or C2S) and Cayman/Boxster. They will fit a wide body too with the correct spacer on the rear.
The wheels have been professionally powder-coated in the correct RUF silver to an extremely high standard with the tires then remounted and balanced, ready to fit. They are blemish free and in flawless condition. First picture is the wheels as fitted on my 993 before they were restored. The last 3 pictures are of the same 19" RUF wheels fitted to a 996, 997 and Boxster respectively.
Specifications:
Wheels: Front 8.5Jx19 ET56 and Rear 10J x19 ET66
Tires: Front 235/35 ZR19 and Rear 285/30 ZR19
#1 those wheels are absolutely beautiful, do you know roughly their weight, or can you compare them to other wheels weights (ie heavier/ lighter than xxxxx)
#2 that last pic are actually different Ruf wheels
I absolutely love these wheels, good luck with the sale, they look amazing
Thanks. Regarding the pic, true, but it's close enough to get an idea of how they'll look on a 997.
Regarding weight- the rears are 52lbs with the tire fitted. I've been informed on my cross-post in the 997 forum that the rear 19" Carrera Sport wheel and tire are 61.6 lbs. So a small saving over that particular setup but obviously not as light as a similar sized forged wheel.
I had a set of 19" RUF's for years for my 993's - very strong wheel and are one of the best looking wheels on a 911 - good luck with the sale!
Question though: I alway thought that 19" RUF wheels only came in Hypersilver paint - which is complex to apply given its multiple layers and cannot be powder coated, but gives the wheels a liquid metal look. Before refinishing, were these wheels Hypersilver or "standard" silver?
