looks like either Lawyer time or small claims court.

Have you contacted the AG. I had once an issue with a Firearm Company "Lancaster Arms" The AG got my money back in no Time - however I need to add that I was not the only one with complaints about this company.

I make it a habit to not pay any company with a Check this is a red flag for me. I am just very suspicious about this sort of thing.

Was this ever posted to their Facebook? I almost did.. seems insane that a company would scam for such a small sum (in the big picture.) Good luck with this.
