I have this spare tire kit that was in my Cayman S. I have never used it, in fact never even put it in the car. It does look like it has been used in the past (some marks on front of wheel as pictured), but the tire on it was replaced when I purchased the car (2012). Per the Rennlist wisdom it fits the 996, 997, and Caymans. Includes everything.

This item at Suncoast is over $1000 and are apparently exceedingly difficult to find.
