Not gouged but not shiny either. No caps.

update... can ship
still for sale, buyer flaked...
after i got them unmounted and boxed and packed.... they are 52 lbs for 2 wheels in a 23x23x23 box.
So shipping is from 07069... Sorry, you need to figure it out..
anyway - they are 3 piece.
I did a quick look at them.... they look dirty but there is some crappy clearcoat peeling off... so the outer lips are probably nicer than if you used them on the street. i peeled some off ( its pretty thick, like old varnish), then i put some turtle wax adhesive remover on it.... it cleans up ok. but its work... and im not going to do it...
