Thing is most people want an 11" rim on the back of a 997. If this were an 8.5" & 11" set, I would have probably bought them already.

If I was a betting man I'd say yes because that's only a 1/4 inch difference but possibly there's some sort of fitment range posted here or elsewhere for the 993.

Yes but spacers may be required. I've listed the offsets and sizes in the 1st post so check those versus your stock wheels but obviously you still have room to play around with the stock specs I'm just not familiar with your car.
These wheels have huge positive offset numbers so with spacers they will fit just about any P car made
