Do you still have the L&N piston and cylinder for sell.
If yes are they slip-fit or case machining

Thanks

No, I sold those.
I do have a very nice set of 3.8 RSR pistons and cylinders for sale though, 1 set of used stock 11.5CR with about 35hrs and a set of sprint 12.5CR with about 20hrs. They are both original Mahle with 102mm bore for internal O-ring sealing (ie slip fit for RSR case, would have to machine a stock case).

$1900 for the stock set or $2400 for the sprint set. They both came out of running engines when "houred" out for pro racing. All Porsche Motorsport stuff; cylinders, pistons, rings, I even think all the keepers are there as a complete set! Let me see if I can find a photo.

Default Stock set photos

This is the $1900 used set with 35 hours. The "worst" piston is shown in the photo, all very usable again with some cleaning, etc.

Default Sprint Set

This is the sprint set with higher CR, chamfered cylinders, less hours.

Forgot to mention, the sprint set will also accept up to 54mm valve, much larger valve relief as you can see. These are for the 993 engine with the narrow con rod. FYI I have the heads and cams that go with the sprint pistons if you are really going crazy. Made 408hp back in the day...

Default Both for 993

Are both set are for 993 connecting rods? I have a 964 motor.
The "lower" compression set is definitively interesting for my street application.

The 964 rod will be too wide for this piston, as much as I would like to sell something, this is not for your application unless you have a 993 (or Carrillo, etc) con rod. Sounds like you need to keep your engine as stock as possible and not stray too far in this direction. These parts are more for the diehard Motorsport or RSR enthusiast!

What is the power difference between the stock 3.6 and the 3.8 RSR internals?

The bottom end components are mainly for longevity, not so much for power gains. The power is mostly in airflow through the heads with better cams, induction, etc.

If you are asking about HP differences, a stock engine is around 250, the standard 3.8 RSR is 380 and the sprint version over 400.
