The 4th wheel has not seen any damage or harmful use / environment.
Surface is primer paint that I did with intent to paint all 4 wheels for uniform look, and then use them as track wheels. Changed mind and went with alternate set of Forgeline wheels for PCA Driver Ed track events.
The wheels are true and straight, but the surface is topically unattractive as is. Would be easily refinished by professional to look like OEM new.
