This Guy does not know if he is coming or going, , he told me the racks were mine, and I sent him paypal payment, then I sent him email asking when He was going to ship them, and he told me the racks were already sold!
After a little back and forth, he realized I was the one who he had sold them to... he told me he would ship them after thanksgiving, then pushed it out to the next weekend... then he sends me an email saying he is going to send my paypal back because he sold them to to someone else.

still have not seen my money come back yet!

No, actually thats exactly what you said, you said you would ship them after thanksgiving and then tell me the total with shipping, I was quite sure at that point,that you had never sold anything online before, ( who would send something out and then tell the Buyer to send money) and thought I would help you out by sending you the money before you shipped them with out payment(like an idiot) , the then said to (after you had received my payment that you would tell me the total with shipping and the snowboard racks and ship them this weekend.

I could give a **** less about the racks at this point you Douche... Give me my Damn Money Back

its simple, dont tell someone that you have sold something to them and will be shipping it ( you also requested my address for shipping)

and then go and sell the item to someone else, after stringing me along for two weeks telling me you you are going to ship them to me.

its a D I C K move!
