Default Porsche experience day

Hi guys
I understand I am to get an invite on a Porsche experience day as a part of buying a new Panamera 4s.

Anyone know how long the invite takes after buying the car; mines been a month and I haven't heard anything.

Anyone in uk got dates set - be good to meet.

Email your dealer and ask?

Last time I did it, we split time 50/50 with another car. Good fun if you can get away with it!

Good luck with that!!

The going rate for paying customers is £400 to £500, so if you get a freebie, I'll be impressed!

Yep. Any new Porsche purchase should get you a half day at the Porsche Experience Centre at Silverstone.

I got an experience with my new Macan last year and one with my new Panamera this year. This time around I shared my experience with my 21 year old daughter. I drove a new Panamera SD for just over an hour and then my daughter went out in a Boxster for an hour or so. They seem less keen to 'split' or share the sessions now, but will do if asked.

The invite from PEC should come through about a month after you order your car. Chase the dealer (UK) if you have heard nothing a month after ordering your new Porsche and paying your deposit. Or ring PEC, Silverstone direct.

Helps that car was delayed two months. Very lucky 21 year old! Putting bad/good ideas in her head.

Very good! So you both got to drive for 2 to 2.5 hours each? Well done!

Ha ha - yes, Emma really enjoyed it! Although luckily she still loves her little Peugeot 107!

It helps that I have referred a couple of people to the same guy, so don't hold back on the freebie requests (even if most are ignored!!).

My first car was a 206 Quiksilver. Coolest car on the block, especially with the clear brake lights I had installed and dare I admit, illegal blue LEDs in the windscreen washers. Cannot decide if I have evolved or regressed in the last 15 years.

Ha ha! Evolved, definitely!

I remember with fondness my boy racer black Ford XR2 that I had as my second ever car, back in 1988 or 1989. Managed to write it off on the M23...
