Don't have info to help, but suggest carrying a tire plug kit as well? If it is a puncture in the tread, the TPMS may provide enough notice to pull over and make a repair. Had to do that on a cross-country trip due to a nail in tread. The soft compound of the tire minimized air loss till I was able to find a gas station to fix it with my plug kit.

Try Suncoast Parts. They sell spare tire kits. If your particular model isn't listed on the website, call them.

Thanks, next will be to find a low profile bottle jack that will fit under jack points after a tire is flat, imagine space will decrease by an inch or so. Wonder if we can raise the car to get one under with leveler?

The spare tire kit from Suncoast will come with a jack and a lugwrench.

Why not pick up a used Panamera 19" front wheel and used tire. Should cost around $300. Would fit both front and rear and with a 255/45/19 tire it has the same diameter as stock 20".

Might take up a bit more space but at least you have a full size spare.

The overall circumference of 19" and 20" wheels are nearly identical with the stock tire sizes:

255/40/20=28"
295/35/20=28.1"

255/45/19=28"
285/40/19=28"

You won't have any problems mixing a 19" (255/45/19) with 20".

I'll be doing the same myself. Just trying to figure out what the cheapest option is.

Have you thought about what kind of small jack we would need to carry.
The distance with one of our tires flat would be minimal for sliding a jack under the body. Don" know if they make a small enough low profile jack to be useful.

I've got a BMW spare tire kit that I purchased for my previous car that should work. Not sure if Porsche sells something similar.

Found out from Porsche that part no 97036205000 us their inflatable spare made for the Panam. Irs only 550 or so at parts.com and just us it with the little compressor that is in our trunk. With your low profile jack you would be good to go. Looks like best cost option to me and it works. Peace of mind on the road. thanks for all your help
