Default Questions on the E-Hybrid

I placed an order for the 4S and am thinking of changing it to the E-hybrid but my dealer doesn't have any information at all on the hybrid. I like the environmental aspect of the hybrid

On paper, it's a no brainer to get the e-hybrid because it's a little cheaper and has more HP (but assume it's a slightly heavier car).

Does anyone have any opinions on the car in general? Does the engine roar like the 4s (it does have the dual sport exhaust as an option, so I assume it does). Any reason not to get this over the 4S?

I'm so confused....so thanks in advance

Check out the full review (50 minutes or so) on Autogefuhl by Thomas.

I have just watched his review of the E-Hybrid in South Africa.

Personally I'd go 4S rather than E-Hybrid, but that's just me. I have a Panamera 4 that is built and that I pick up on March 1st, as seemed better value to me than 4S.

My dealer told me the Hybrid will be available in 2018 in the US.

In Europe I think that E-Hybrids should start to reach customers in the next few months. And there is already talk of the Panamera Turbo S (E-Hybrid with the V8 engine).

Thanks guys...much appreciated. Wing Commander (great name btw)...thanks for the tip on the review on Autogefuhl by Thomas. It was the best I've seen.

I'm going to stick with my 4S which should arrive in May. I don't want to wait another year for the car...thanks again

All the best for May and your 4S.

BTW Thomas on Autogefuhl has also just posted a nice review on the new Porsche 991.2 GTS. :-)

I have a 2015 e-Hybrid. What do you want to know?

Play with this for a week and you'll realize that Porsche engineering is well beyond what you may have even imagined.

It's a home run
