Hi,

2010 Panamera 4S...

I notice that the image produced by the rear view system really leaves a lot to be desired, particularly in low light/ night use.

I have inspected and cleaned the lens, no improvement.

Has anyone had experience with upgrades or replacements?

It would also be extremely cool to have the option to access the rear image while driving....

Any thoughts or input would be greatly appreciated.

I've noted the same issue. The rear backup lights are small and don't provide much illumination. Seems like a wattage increase or an auxiliary lighting system would fix the problem. My wife's x3 has a vastly superior backup camera system than my Panny.
