Default PDK Fluid.

Do our Transmissions use two different of the fluids? Clutch fluid and trans fluid?
I have a 2010 970 4S. 45,000miles.

I recently changed the transmission fluid and filter/pan. I have not found enough info about if there is clutch fluid also.

Thanks.

Not sure, but do know that on a 997.2 PDK it requires the Porsche tester to completely change the fluid. Be careful.

For mine it was a simple drain and refill. And a whole pan has to be replaced since it's built into the filter.
Finding the correct level is a little tricky. But it is really is a glorified drain and refill for the gear oil. Obviously I used Porsche spec fluid.

Hey Steve, wondering if you still own the panny 4s, i recently purchased a 2010 4s with PDK and 29k miles... had a question about the "feel" of the PDK tranny.... mine seems to take a second or to to "engage" reverse and D when i shift into them, especially if the engine/tranny is cold... feels alot like shifting a manual and slowly releasing the clutch! wondering if this is normal and reasonable to expect of the PDK. Other than getting used to this Im loving this car! thanks... John
