Not to be a wise guy, but it's all in the manual. No reason to deviate under normal conditions. In fact my service department at the dealer essentially refused to do an early oil change on my 991 C4S...said it was a waste of money.
Follow the book and the advice of your service person and you'll be fine. For some reason, the general public think Porsche cars are fragile, and they're not.
Happy motoring!

Thanks Hammer
Maintenance booklet mentions one year or 10,000 mi. Just seems a bit long for the initial fluids to be renewed. I take it the car will also alert me when it is time do oil?
Nice to have people in the know to ask q's of. Have not had much luck with knowledgeable dealer employees.

Yes, the car will notify in advance of services due, and will also give low oil indications, etc.
I highly recommend reading the manual from front to back, and get the Porsche "good to know" app for quick reference.
Happy to help whenever I can!
