Hi there
Does anyone here know how to keep the stop and go function off every time u start the car?
I have to manually turn it off everytime after I start the engine, anyway I could set it up so it stay off as default setting?

It's not possible due to regulations.
If a car maker says "we can do XY mpg with this car" the car must always start in the "setting" that should achieve this rating. That's why "Sport" Mode is also turned off every time you re-start.

it's not a us car, I am located in Shanghai, China
Since this car is imported directly from Germany, I expect them to be the same in turns of software...etc
Stays off means it will have to be manually turned on again rather then one ignition cycle
