Soot build up on exhaust tip
Is this normal on a P4 V6?
Also, I've heard about carbon build up inside the engine. Would you recommend Italian tune up from time to time or I should only do it before an oil change?

Soot buildup is normal on just about every car these days. I'm not sure why...
Carbon buildup on the intake valves is due to the direct injection. Very likely that an Italian tune-up will not take care of it, but these engines are designed and built so that the occasional "tune-up" won't hurt anything... and who knows, you might actuallly burn a bit of carbon off doing it, so why not? Plus, it's fun.
