I have owned numerous P-cars but never a Panamera. My best friend calls me from China where he os working the next 2 weeks. He has his eyes on this car:

He is prepared to buy it sight unseen. Is this a good deal? They swear there is no paint work if he finds any paint work they will take it back.

It's got a flat tire. What's sticker on a comparably equipped car? What's his tolerance for a used car, why was it traded in, what's the story? I'd also want to review the service history on it, see if it's had any issues.

I'll bet he could negotiate the price down quite a bit, and I'd also bet that the car will still be there in a few weeks.
