Can anyone tell me the length and width of the rear cargo space with the rear seats folded down? I have seen specs regarding the cubic feet but I am curious to know the length and width measurements to lay down something flat in the back. I am curious to see if it will fit. Thanks!

My car is at the workshop, so cant measure it for you, but if you are thinking about a large object, it probably wont fit. Our baby carriage wont fit without me removing wheels on one side, even when folded. The soft cover helps a little when inserting big objects. The enter into the cars interior is small and the rear part is very low, mayne 20cm only. Also the boot wont close unless it is totally obsticle free, its horrible. Slightest touch of a soft bag and the boot wont close, in other cars you can give the final push manually. Here is a praxistest on the diesel, gives you perspective:
