I just took delivery of a 2013 Panamera GTS. When i test drove the 2012 Carrera the saleman show me the G-Force Meter in one of the instrument clusters. He told the Panamera GTS also has this feature. I can't find it anywhere. Can anyone help me out?

Should be able to locate... here is the G force meter on my 911 C2s

Its part of the 'Vehicle Info' screen in the multifunction gage. Right, Left, Forward, Backward G-force - real time and max. Just toggle the lower right stalk to get to it.
