Towing with Panamera?

I'm certain the Panamera can tow as well as any vehicle. My BMW 750 will tow my boat, but BMW recommends I replace the rear suspension to handle the higher tongue weight. I suspect that the Panamara would be fine wtih a 200lb tongue weigh with passengers in the back seat. So, I should be fine towing my boat with a 310lb tongue weight and no passengers... but that would be a huge inconvenience. I could put a class 4 hitch on the Panamara which would certainly distribute the weight evenly over the car's four wheels and remedy not having passengers while towing, but a class 4 hitch would certailly be custom and good luck finding someone to do it.
