Beware of road debris and your A/C condensors!!
Dropped turbo off today to trouble shoot the lack of A/C...seems a rock went right into the condensor and a new one must be purchased. Porsche will only pick up 30% so....
I will look into having grill screens made up just like the GT3's to avoid this from happening again.
You would think Porshe would not put it in such a vulnerable spot.

What you are seeing from the front of a 997 are the AC condensors. The radiators are immediately behind the AC condensors as in the cutaway shown below The module is a sandwich configuration.

Found a couple of photos of a Panamera Turbo with the front grills and front bumper removed, courtesy of falb, link to thread below:

Top photo shows the bumper in place with the grills removed. Center section contains the power steering cooler, AC condensor, and the radiator in a stacked configuration. Left and right ducts are the intercoolers. If a rock enters the center section, the power steering cooler or the AC condensor are most likely to take the hit.
Bottom photo shows the bumper removed. This is the only way to access the air filter.
