My car finished production more than 2 weeks ago and still has not left the port in Germany. Dealer says he thinks they are doing extra quality control checks and is not sure when it will placed on a vessel. Is this normal?

How often do those container car ships disembark? I imgine it might be as little as once a month, maybe twice?

There is a problem with the frequency used in the U.S. for the remote door lock/unlock. People were driving the car and it was going haywire due to some sort of interference.
