im considering a pana 4s and want to put all season tires on it but there is no exact match so which change in front tire size is more drastic:

255/45-19 to 255/40-19 which looses 1" diameter

or

255/40-20 to 275/35-20 which looses 1/2" diameter and gains 3/4" width???

Goodyear Eagle RS-A, and Michelin Pilot Alpin PA3 are available in 255/45-19
