2024 Panamera RWD, 10k miles.
I've noticed a metallic noise when in manual mode and accelerating, only in low rpms in 5th gear. The noise is only present when the car is warmed up and in Sport +, in any suspension mode or ride height.
The it was difficult to pick up on my phone but you can hear it in the following video:

I think it may be connected to a subtle knocking that sounds like the exhaust hitting a heat shield. I can hear that at idle or at low speeds. The dealer will look at it in a few weeks but I'd like to better pinpoint it ahead of time.
My main question is, what else is different in Sport+ that is causing this noise? If I switch to Sport or Normal and recreate the scenario, there is no noise.
Since suspension mode or height does not factor in, are there active engine mounts or other components that are enabled in Sport+?
