Default 970 Rear Spoiler Over Extended?

A few weeks ago, got the spoiler error (non-turbo). When I manually pressed the button, I could hear the motor cycling but spoiler moved about 1 inch up or down but did not fully close or open.
Couple days later, I was fiddling with it and hit the button for spoiler to go up. It moved but I feel like it over traveled and sitting higher than it should. I can’t find close up pics online to confirm. Can someone compare these pictures to their spoiler? Has anyone heard of over travel?

This appears to be sitting in the 'higher' setting once speeds reaches around 120 mph or so.

I had no idea there were two heights. Maybe next time I hit 120 I’ll be more observant on the spoiler! Very much appreciate the input. Sounds like I need to take it apart and see what slipped out of alignment and do a recalibration.

True. You have position A (speed above 56mph depending on having activated Sport plus or not), position B (highest position above 120mph again depending on SP+) and intermediary level in between A & B with speed above 90 and below 120mph if I remember correctly. But it shouldn’t activate to B while stationary. It’s odd, something maybe jamming it.
