Default Brake upgrade

I have a 4S and I feel the brakes aren't good enough. To be fair, I daily a cayenne turbo with the PSCB's and they bite immediately. Porsche serviced it and stated they are perfectly fine. While waiting, I test drove a GTS and felt a better bite than the 4S's. I know I know but I won't trade it in Over seas I see they did a serious brake upgrade.

Anyone else upgrade the brakes? Or are there any options to look into?
thanks

what compound of brake are you running? semi metallic, ceramic, etc? Each pad will give a different feel, also based on how your rotors are, will also determine the "bite" your talking about. My PTT had semi metallic and I was not a fan ot those, I went to ceramic pads and the feel and "bite" feels a lot more responsive.

Have you tried a brake pad bed in procedure to remove some glacing?
If not, try that first.

Thanks guys

As far as I know, they're still original but looking forward to trying ceramic pads next.
I mentioned that suggestion of higher friction pads and managing tech said, "porsche's set up is the best".
I guess I'll get this done somewhere else 😀

Ceramic pads are unlikely to have better bite. They dust less, though, if that is a priority. Generally they have a lower performance rating than organic or metallic pads and are never recommended for track use because they can’t take the heat.
