Default Air suspension

2013 4S. Car sitting low. Not making any noise. Not going up or down. Think it is a relay or a fuse? When pressing up or down button it says NOT POSSIBLE. If it is a relay where would it be? Or a fuse? what do you think?

Good luck. Do you have any error messages on the dash? If not you may get by for only a couple of thousand $'s.

Both relay and fuse are in the back in the trunk. See below

that being said the relay doesn’t really just go bad unless the compressor was running non stop for a while and burned out the relay. Compressor usually runs non stop if there is a leak

I just went through this whole process with a help of a forum member so I’m happy to help in any way I can. Read the air suspension sticky at the top of the forum. It is golden and has a lot of good info.

Shawn is 100% correct... start with the fuses and relay in the back cargo area. Odds are, compressor(s) are looming in your future...
I can assist with a compressor swap...

IIRC, there a a couple of stickied threads at the top of this forum.

READ THOSE

And, as noted above, with a 2013 model year, there is s likelihood the compressor has reached the end of its service life.

Start with free/easy steps. Check fuses, then swap the relay with a known working one.
