Default Sold my Panamera

Well, today, I have traded in my Carmine Red 2013 GTS.

With the Porsche being gone, I have few items I am getting rid of. Porsche wheels and tires, GTS aux Mahle filters(new), Icarsoft POR 3.0 (New).

Let me know if interested. It will be on the Marketplace posted

Nice! I really like my wife’s GX460. It’s thirsty though.

I'm not sure how exciting a 6000 pound SUV is going to get lol. I looked at the new ones, but Toyota is having problems with their new TT V6. The new styling and interior is a lot nicer though.

Got it to haul my family and share with my daughter. There was no way I was going to let my daughter drive my Porsche. Maybe later I will buy another Porsche, but 911 instead.

I really wanted to get a 550, but rear seat way to small for my 6’3 teenagers. I’ve been shopping around to replace our 100 series Land Cruiser, and surprisingly Cayenne is one of the few SUVs they fit in outside of Expedition/ Suburban. Enjoy the 550, great looking truck. You DID GET THE OVERLANDER right?

I also have a teenage daughter, and feel the same way about the Panamera. It's not that I think she's going to do something stupid like race it, it's just a difficult car for a new driver.

Visibility is not great and you're down low. Understanding the dimensions of it seems to take time, it's a really wide car. I felt it had a learning curve that took longer than other cars I've owned.
I dont even like my wife driving it, she's normally a good driver, but she had a small sidewalk incident with scraping a rim when she drove it.

I have the last of the V8 GX460s. Yes, boring, slow, thirsty, but really well made, comfy, and the V8 is super smooth. Everything feels first class. Great balance when I want an anti-911 car. It was a good alternative to the 4Runner.

It's funny how many similarities I have with other Panamera owners. Also an owner of a GX460 (wife's car) and looking to possibly buy the new GX550.

We've owned 2 GX's, they really are solid cars. Boring, but well built and super reliable. I just wish they were a little bigger, closer to a Tahoe would be perfect.
I like the lines of the new GX, absolutely hate they had to drop the tried and true V8. All to placate stupid CAFE laws and get like 1mpg better mileage.

I'm still adjusting to the reality that out the door, a new GX will probably be $90k-$100k.
