Default Help! High pressure fuel pump clutch broke inside motor

Hello and good day, new to the forum. I have a 2010 porsche panamera turbo car has a whole host of problems..

1 high pressure fuel pump clutch broke off inside engine
2 Blown valve cover gasket oil in spark plug port last 2 closet to driver
3 misfire and limp mode
Guessing misfire and limp mode is because of number 1.

so my question is if the high pressure fuel pump clutch broke off inside if I take the valve cover off can I get to broken pieces? Or is this engine toast?
I'm guessing the rest of the clutch is stuck around the cam don't know how to get it out...
I'll upload pictures...

Oof, sorry I don't have any advice on the HPFP.

How many miles on engine?

Do you have any history of the car that suggests it was abused / poorly maintained?

i got it around 70k miles on it ( currently 90k miles ) owned for 2 years now, regular oil changes never beat on car ( have a Maserati for that ) don't know how it broke off inside. I'm trying to get the valve cover off last 2 damn screws are a pita to get too. I just hope the metal didn't mixed with the oil meaning I caught it in time...

@Set2Rage that is a unique situation you're in but I don't think you should give up hope on that engine. Even if some metal got in there, you likely can get it out or flush it out.

Good luck on getting it resolved, curious how it turns out.

well I hope most of it stayed within the valve cover area... Should be easy to get out... My issue is the stuck remainder of the high pressure fuel clutch inside the port... I tried to use a pair of pliers to pull it out and its seems seized up in there, pulling the valve covet off should give me a better idea just waiting for some tools I ordered to get to those last 2 screws on the cover....
