2017 Panamera 4S exhaust actuator
Hey all,
Recently noticed clicking noise on my 17’ 4S by rear exhaust. Thinking might need to replace exhaust actuator but part looks discontinued. Any advice?

Is it clicking and not opening the exhaust valve or clicking but is opening the exhaust valve?
I noticed on mine that when the system is cold, like in the morning it clicks but opens and stops shortly after that. But if I run to the store and come back out and switch to a drive mode it opens it doesn't click when opening then.

I believe there is an updated part number. It is not easy to get to but not impossible. I had to remove the exhaust tips and then unhook the the rubber exhaust hanger to get enough room to get to the actuator. I would start by applying some oil to the pivot points of the flap. I think that the actuator is $250 from the dealership. Turns out I had a wiring issue and the actuator was fine. If you get the actuator off you can easily move the flap. With the actuator on , the flap will not move.

Do you have sport exhaust? I read a thread on here regarding noises and it was the H pipe flapper I believe. If the muffler valve is opening and closing why would it be clicking?
