hello, need help, a few days ago some buttons of my overhead console stoped working, including sunroof, already check fuses and didn't find anything blow...any tips?

Parking sensor button not work
Doors dome light button not work.

Do the reading lights work? Trying to determine if any power is getting to the console.
Also, run tests with a scan tool and that will assist in determining what path to take...
edit - I just noticed the console trim ring is missing... has someone removed this console before? It's possible something was not properly connected or previous issues.

lighs work fine, left, right and dome.
the trim was removed by me to check connection.
via odb no fault codes...
the park sensor button and on open doors lights button, have a small red led, that does not work...looks like module have no power...but i cant find any blown fuse

I don't have the driver's manual handy, so can't comment on what # the fuse is... but, there are two fuse panels - one on the driver's side and same location on passenger. I would suggest locating the fuse in question and replace with another fuse of the same amperage from the fuse panel. sometimes, a weak connection and/or otherwise normal fuse can cause these issues.
These may help... one is the wiring diagram which contains the overhead console lighting system and a few others which contains more lighting details and the sunroof switch.

thank you so much! i will check it this week.
best regards
I'm going a different direction. I do not think you have a power supply (fuse) or a pad part (console). I think it's a network / communication issue.
The fact that you have lights means you have enough power. Lights (even LED) require a lot more current than a multiplex switch push.
The fact that you swapped parts means it is not a part issue (I would have recommended against this, based on symptoms, but you did it and now we can say for 100% instead of 99%)
Switch panels like this typically use LIN network / multiplexing communication these days, not every switch has it's own communication wire like back in the day.
The first diagram huskeric attached shows the console uses LIN communication (circuit 12). Note that there is not a circuit pinout for each of the buttons - they all communicate to some ECU via that LIN line.
Your C13A00 code seems to corroborate my thinking that your console is getting power but is not talking to something.
(That said, your network issues COULD be a blown fuse on a different component, like a body ECU or network gateway, but then you'd likely have many more issues than just this switch panel not working.)
I want to know as much history as you can give us.
Replace any ECUs or other parts?
Any coding of other modules?
Do any wiring?
Install any accessories?
(wiring up something like a radar detector or dash cam in this vicinity would be a big red flag)
Does the car have wiring "history" like water damage?
anything else that might have recently changed/become abnormal.
yup, changed console, problem still there. but i dont know what module i have to search...car is complete stock.

I can't find the problem in the picture - is there a softset connection, or a terminal (circuit) pushout, or a case of the green crusties somewhere that I can't see?

I just unplug and plug in again all connections on bcm located on rear left
