I don't know even how to start really what I experienced was insane I should say more likely unbelievable,

I love Porsche really do but I can get over this situation,

So I own a Porsche Panamera Turbo from 2010 i am the first owner and I paid for the car 120,000 euros when it was new it was one of the first cars to be registered in Slovakia and I loved it i was servicing it only in Porsche centers and I was really happy with the car, I was always servicing it in Porsche interauto in Vienna where i bought the car but because i needed the car to be serviced quicker they told me to try Porsche inter auto Brno. I tried it but never again and I will explain why. After they did the biggest service what i paid around 2000 euros maybe more my camshaft bolts which are aluminium broke on the highway first they towed the car back and they said its just a fuel pump and it would be fixed in one week i was like fine no problm lets fix it. After one week I was like where is my car finally ready and if yes why they are not calling me? So I called the Porsche inter auto brno and they told me it's not the fuel pump but its the camshaft adjuster aluminum bolts at that time I didn't know that there was a recall in America and China but there were no recalls in Europe. So they told me that they would contact Porsche center where they told me that we have to talk to Salzburg owner of Inter Auto because he is the main guy for Porsche eatern Europe the head of Porsche brno sad don't worry we will take care of it and they will replace the engine after 2 weeks I got a new phone call that I will need to pay for the engine because they took the engine apart what I didn't know and they found out that valves 5-8 met with the bolt. After that, I was like how much is the new engine they sad around 40,000 euros but I sad I would not pay for that because this was the problem with the material so I said I would start a lawsuit so I did. After 5 years after all the Corona staff and all the stress I took the car and paid them for parking and taking the engine out from the car money now listen to this 32,000 euros!!!! is that normal now I have the car and I found out that the pistons are fine the only thing was the heads and that could be fixed easily now I found out that there was a recall I called Porsche Center in Germany they told me that they never heard about my car having this issue I was shocked and I am still I will send here the proof I don't know what to do really i will try to fix the car now but i received the car parts separately and they just put it to the car and sad bye it's really sad that a interauto is destroying the reputation of Porsche as a brand and its sad that you are buying a car you are the first owner and they can do this to a customer shame on Porsche brno czech republic interauto . If anybody had an issue with a camshaft bolt Panamera turbo 2010-2011 970 and they got it fixed or something let me know because I don't understand why there is a recall in the USA and China and not in Europe when all the cars have the same issue.

I am now in contact with other dealers they are shocked now I found out that the camshaft part has a warranty until October 2025 on my car what I don't understand how its possible and also I don't understand how can dealership give me the engine in this condition the problem is now that they need the engine fully build and then they can do the warranty thing the problem is that I have no idea how to put it back because the bolts are not labeld and they gave me all the bolts in one small box what is insane I also contacted Porsche center in Germany we are now in talk lets see what is going to happen I will keed everybody updated because if something like this happened to me it can happen to anybody that's what sad about it.....

How much mileage did you have and how did you get on? It didn't even occur to me that there might be something in the warranty and I had the engine completely rebuilt in Germany at an independent specialist service for Porsche engines.

Kolik jsi měl najeto a jak jsi dopadl ? Mě ani nenapadlo, že by mohlo být něco v záruce a nechal jsem motor kompletně udělat v Německu v nezávislém specializovaném servisu na motory Porsche.
