Car was hit in garage. Maybe by a tow hook or something. Anyone have any type of idea of an estimated repair cost this may end up being?

Nobody can tell you that from one picture. You need to goto a shop for an estimate. Pretty much no body work is cheap these days. The bumper may be able to be repaired, but the black trim below cannot.

Your probably going to need a bumper cover and that trim. It will probably be in the 3K land insurance cost with everything if the bumper cover has to be replaced.

My shoot from the hip was also in that $3k territory.
