Default Oil change and brake pads

Hey guys, just recently bought a 2012 turbo s, typically I'm a DIY guy. I don't mind doing the regular maintenance such as oil changes and brake pads.

I'm wondering if there is anything I should do or be aware of when jacking up my Panamera Turbo S. Especially the fact I have never had a car with factory air suspension. Plus what brand of brake pads do you recommend for a person who occasionally drive spirited 😁

Website links would be appreciated.

My 22 needs to be set to jack mode to prevent damage to the air suspension. Something like Settings, vehicle, additional vehicle settings, suspension, activate jack mode.

Do you have an owners manual? It tells you what to do in there. But, it involves holding down the air suspension button.

with the ignition ON, hold down high level suspension button on the console until the dash display says “control off”. It takes about 10 seconds. Repeat to re-enable when done.

If its a Turbo S and your brakes are yellow you basically never change the pads. For some odd reason if you do. You must use Porsche OEM PCCB Pads, and they are $700 a set. And if you hit one of the carbon rotors with the rim and crack it, You just bought a $13k-15k set of rotors depending on front / rear. Dont take the wheels off yourself, and always have tires changed at the dealer. I promise you if Jiffy Lube cracks your PCCB rotor you are Fcked big time. For maintenance parts you should be ordering from Gaudin or Suncoast Porsche Parts.

For what its worth, any time my Turbo S goes in for service, the dealer puts in 2 ultra long (12 inch plus) lug studs that keeps the wheel from hitting the rotor when its coming off.
