Default Multiple Fault Issues - Help Needed

Hi
Have a MY20 Panamera 4s ehybrid….. all working fine until came to start it this morning. (Was a cold morning -2C but no snow).
Turned to start and got the following faults:
  • ACC/PAS unavailable Driving permitted Inspection needed.
  • Full beam assistant not available Driving permitted Activate full beam manually
I cleaned the two radar domes and the windscreen sensors. No change. Turned off and locked car.. unlocked, restarted… same result.
in addition when turning the mode selector to ‘sport’ the ICE did not start. I drove off in hybrid mode (under battery power) and when I accelerated the ICE kicked in as normal. Then switching into sport mode worked (revs running higher). Ran it for about 5miles turned round. At this stage the parking cameras kicked in as they should but as I then as I sped up the cameras wouldn’t turn off. In and amongst this there was another fault Driving light control (or something like this… can’t remember exactly)

got home parked up and left it all day.

Tried it again tonight. Everything working fine no fault messages starting in Sport mode etc… BUT orange engine light on.

Drives fine.

The only thing I did the yesterday evening was fill the washer tank (so had the bonnet open) but drive it after that for 10mins and no fault messages or lights came up.

Any thoughts/ideas?

Plug in a code reader and see what popped up - then clear the code(s) and drive the car. See if they come back and report your findings. Good luck!

I just had this issue, and it looks like the sensor is blocked or misalign. If you have warranty take it down, cause I had to recalibrate my. I paid 375 to get it recalibrate.

Cold weather creates lots of annoying problems with cars, especially newer cars loaded with all sorts of sensors like ours.

Mine sat outside this weekend when the temps dropped as low as 7F (-14C) and when I tried to drive home on Sunday, I got the check engine "Reduced Engine Power" error. Probably because my oil temp was reading at 31F and moving like molasses. All was good after driving for a bit and restarting the car once oil and coolant temps were normal again.

We (the collective internet car forum cognoscenti) need to pass a law that you aren't allowed to post a "why is my check engine light on" thread without also posting the codes.

Bluetooth DTC reader modules cost like five bucks on Amazon, or get the codes read for free at Autozone.
