Default Panamera 971 Squeaky Brake Pedal - Help!

Hi all, hoping I can tap into the resources here to see if anyone has an idea what happening in my car, a 2019 Panamera Turbo.

I have a squeaky brake pedal (not brakes) - here's a video of this.

You can also hear this clearly outside the car from there area of the servo (bottom of the windscreen, just above the brake pedal), but that doesn't necessarily mean it's coming from outside. I'm conscious this seems a ridiculously small issue but the issue is less the noise, more that you can feel the noise as a bit of friction so it's really bugging me.

My OPC has been great but a fix to this has so far proven elusive for them. Under warranty they've replaced the master cylinder and the electronic brake booster (which I understand is effectively the component with the piston that the brake pedal attaches to). Either of those, but especially the EBC given its location and proximity to the brake pedal, seemed entirely logical solutions for this, but the noise and feel remains exactly the same (if anything, it's a bit worse after the EBC was replaced).

Anyone had this before or have any ideas?

Cheers!
