Default Carbon ceramic brake rotor

Hi,
I have a question about Panamera 971 carbon ceramic brake rotor- is such wear normal? I am afraid of few small holes on the rotor, does anyone know what they mean? Should I be afraid that this rotor is damaged and these small holes will become bigger? I am attaching a photo

Those two marks are unusual, but not catastrophic. Looks like something chipped the surface. It can happen when mishandled during brake changes or maybe a rock got up in there while driving? Do a finger nail test and to gauge how deep the chips are. Ideally your fingernail should not be able to get in there but looks like it will. You can drive like that but yes, keep an eye on it. If they grow I would want to replace, but these aren't going to suddenly explode on you. You are still safe in the present state.

FYI, based on measurements from my own car, absent unusual damage you should get about 150K out of PCCB rotors.
