iPhone 15 v. PCCM
2012 P4. Just got my new iPhone 15 Pro, which replaced an iPhone 12 that worked perfectly with the PCCM. The 15 does not. The phone is paired properly (deleting the old, pairing the new, etc.). If I initiate a call to a recent caller indicated in the car it works inside the PCCM as usual. If someone calls me or if I try to initiate the call from the phone, the does not work inside the PCCM, i.e., nothing in car speakers and the steering wheel controls are ineffective. Instead, the pairing is severed and I have to "find" the phone again and sometimes re-pair it.
What do you think? I am sure Apple will say it's the car's fault and Porsche will say the opposite. Does Porsche ever update the PCCM software? How is that done? Or, do it ask Apple?

Interesting. Opposite problem for me. I had to replace my phone because it wouldn’t work on my 2012 panamera. Phone was prolly 3 to 4 years old at the time, had a fold out key board, remember those? I currently have a 2014 panamera and an iPhone 14 that occasionally calls 911 on bumpy roads LOL.
Interesting, too. Now today, so far, it seems to be acting OK. I just took and made a call while in the car. Also, I can tell if its working by telling SIRI to send a text. If working, the music stops and the phone takes dictation via the car's microphone. If the music doesn't stop I know the car and iPhone are not paired.
