Default 40k service

I’m looking at a used panamera and trying to determine if the 40,000 mile service has been done.

what would I see on the Carfax to indicate it was completed? Is there a certain indicator or list of things that would differentiate that from another service appointment that might have occurred near that interval?

We have 12K miles on her 2019, so service for us is based on time.

That would include (at 4 years or 40K miles) an air filter change, along with oil/filter. We just had the 3 year on the 2019 Panamera Base 2WD (no ACC), and had the oil/filter and plugs. At 20K miles was oil/filter and brake flush. At 10K miles it was the oil/filter. I had the actual 1st oil change at 3.2K miles though, then 2nd at 10K miles. PDK oil change is at 60K miles, and front and rear diffs are at 120K miles.

Air filter is under the front bumper cover, which has to come off. What year are you looking at?
