Hi, Just go my new (to me) 2018 4 E hybrid. While I was just sitting in it (messing with the PCM) I couldn't help notice a relatively loud humming noise coming from the engine bay. Turned off the climate system but was still there. This is just when the ignition is turned on and the car has not been driven at all. Engine is cold and its not that hot here at the moment (20c) so its not heat related. You can hear it also from the engine bay. Any ideas?

The fans motors are stopped ?
I don't see, sorry.
You can try to identify where is the sound.

I hear several different levels of fan noise on my '22 P4E, I attribute it to the battery being cooled/heated/etc. Only lasts more than a few seconds on a hot day. Can come on when charger connected in a hot garage. Then there is, of course, the fake engine noise that's always on with the ignition but is fairly quiet.
