Default 970 lowering links question

Long lurker but now my first post here!

Looking to lower my '13 4S with lowering links but had a few questions/concerns(I did a search but could not find anything regarding my questions).
- I want to lower the vehicle as much as possible but be in comfort mode so it's not a stiff ride. Is that possible? If so, how is the ride quality or should I lower as much as possible in Sport mode or Sport + mode?
- If I lower it and in comfort more, and then switch to Sport or Sport +, I assume it will lower the car more. Is it possible to lower it too much and have the tires not clear the wheel wells?
- Any drawback to using the lowering links or should I just bite the bullet and go straight to the module($$$)?

Running 20" OEM Spyder wheels.

Thanks in advance!

I think the people at Porsche gave the car a good ride height . Its plenty low , is there reason ? Perhaps a low clearance issue ? Do you think you will improve the performance ?

I guess it's more for looks. Love the way it looks lowered.

You can modified it with a piwis.

Links are more affordable and easier to install. If you think about it you will have medium, low and lowest. So you can go back up and have a normal height ride. I am hoping you have the same increments as the 971. I did mine and it rides just fine in normal and bit stiffer in lowest. It’s up to you to determine exactly how low you want your car to be. It definitely looks better lowered and if that’s your preference, do it!

I agree with @Marcus13190. I lowered with PIWIS. Last I checked, modules were very expensive. Might be a wash compared to a PIWIS and this tool works for everything.

What are modules? The links cost less than $300 shipped. If you plan to do "everything" buy the PIWIS.

H&R (and maybe others) makes a module like this to lower through the air suspension. Very expensive.
