Screeching sound when car switch gears

I have a 2018 Panamera 4S and when it goes into another gear and accelerate I hear what sounds like a quick screeching sound. Kinda sounds like metal but it’s very quick. FYI it’s not the brakes but it sounds like it’s coming from underneath the car.
