Why do you not want a Panamera and a Cayenne? Seems like the perfect combo to me...

Either that or a Panamera and a 911 - who said we can't own 2 P-cars?

Default Two Porsches are better.

I've had many Audi's and Porsches drive better. I would get a Panamera as it is a joy to drive and my 4ST is my go to daily driver over our 2018 Macan turbo and 2010 turbo.

2022 Panamera 4 ST with a 2018 Macan turbo stablemate.

I also have had Audi's, I still have 2 right now. However, theres no comparison. Audi lacks heart when compared to a Porsche.

Default cross shopping

I like both quite a bit. I was actually leaning towards the S7 myself due to pricing. In the used market you will get newer, fewer miles, and more options included on an S7 for your money.

I ended up going with a 2017 Panamera 4S because I fell in love with it, and found a certified one with the options I wanted in my price range. (also because my GF loves Porsches)

For the same money I could have gotten a 2020 S7 Prestige.

I am very happy with my choice. I have had Audi S6's in the past and liked them very much. I am simply much happier every time I get in to the Panamera.

I don't think you could go wrong with either. (the S7 is what made me fall in love with 4 door hatchback "sedans")
