Default Clunky suspension

I have a clunk in my 970 4S air suspension. I have taken it to a specialist and he can’t seem to find the reason. All bushings and mounts seem fine. I’m taking it back to him in a couple of weeks, but I wonder if anyone else has has this issue. It doesn’t affect the handling, but is very annoying. Thanks.

There have been reports of this over time. Shocks can be part of the puzzle. How many miles on the vehicle?

I bumped a thread to the top from three years ago.

Front or rear of car ? Are you certain its suspension ? Does the noise occur at lower speed on rough roads just traveling along ?
