Default Panamera 4S V8 - possible engine misfire? PROBLEMS

Hello fellow panamera folks!

Panamera 970 4S 2010, 4.8 L V8.

Engine doesn’t operate 100% smoothly, takes lot of ‘pedal’ to make it move, and the car has a little vibration when driving normally. The car occasionally goes in emergency mode and then it vibrates quite badly, like something broken in the drivetrain. When this happens, pcm fault appears, gearbox fault appears, 4x4 fault appears, and engine light appears. See the videos 👍 Is it misfiring? The rpms also move up and down while cruising, so it does not stay at a steady rpm. As I’ve tried to demonstrate in one of the videos.

Anyone experienced anything similar? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! It has 172000 KM on the clock // 100000 miles.

Excuse my Norwegian in the video.
Greetings from Norway 🇳🇴

Coils and plugs is where I'd start.

I can tell you Porsche engines seem more picky on spark plugs than any car I've ever owned. Good luck just leaving plugs in a Porsche for 100K miles when 95% of other cars on the road will be just fine.
