Question Navigation "Yellow zone"

Hello
While driving today I noticed there's a section on the map that is shaded. I don't think it represent a "zone"/ district, but curious to know why this was displayed.
This is the first time I seen such "zoning" on the PCM navigation.
Anyone knows what this denotes?
Thanks

Was able to find only a few things regarding yellow(maybe orange)...
1) Urban or congested area...

or

2) Areas of interest...

In the hybrid it shows a zone like that for max electric range but that doesn't make sense for what you are seeing - and it's not yellow...guess I wasn't much help

Thanks... that's interesting... it could be due to high concentration of shops in that area (it is as that's close to the train station)...

per article:
We determine “areas of interest” with an algorithmic process that allows us to highlight the areas with the highest concentration of restaurants, bars and shops.
