Default Suspension Settings

Hi, 2018 Panamera 4 with Premium Package, no air suspension option.
Waiting for the wife to come out of the store I was playing with the drive settings. I figured out how to use sport suspension setting without the engine or transmission going into sport mode. While i was in there I saw a setting to raise or lower the chassis. I did try it but didn't notice any change in heights, although I didn't measure it. A couple of days later I looked for the setting again but I can't find it. Was it a fluke? Are those settings only for a vehicle with air suspension or am I doing something wrong.

Thanks for your help. I love this forum and read it almost everyday.

My '18 4S is the same way. Initially, I thought I may have air suspension because of the menu items that would appear. But they only appeared sometimes. I pushed buttons and nothing happened that I could discern. A VIN search showed I didn't have air suspension.
