Default Steering Wheel Adjust Broken!?

Hi all - ongoing issue here with my 2011 Turbo - a while back, my entry/drive and remote door lock was not working with driver side door. Could lock manually + dealer replaced mechanism. Later, inability to lock reappeared - dealer replaced sensor. Sometime in-between this, the entry/drive started acting up - seat will adjust but steering wheel will stay in "up" position (will not extend nor decline to adjust with settings). Occasionally, it would start working again but recently, before door sensor service, it became permanently stuck in this position. If I use memory seat, the steering wheel will extend to set distance, but will still not lower! After picking car up from dealer, lock issue was resolved for a day and then has returned! Steering issue not fixed at all! Not sure what's going on here and/or if the steering wheel issue is connected to the entry and drive but I'm at a loss...

Going to check fuses and attempt a reset/battery disconnect before having someone else look at it but any advice is extremely appreciated as this seems to be a long term intermittent issue that has become permanent and can't be ignored! Please help!

If you just paid your dealer to replace the lock mechanism and sensor, my suggestion is to take it back to them and see if it may have been related to their work. I have the same system in my 2010 PTT and haven't experienced any issues thus far. Best of luck chasing this down
