Tire Chains
Has anyone been able to get proper tire chains or cables for their Panamera? I have 295/36-ZR20 tires and have purchased two models from the Peerless brand according to their size chart and customer service, but neither of them fit (too small). Porsche dealership wants over $900 but that's a bit ridiculous. Has anyone had any luck?
Are you in the Bay Area and going to Tahoe on rare occasion? It's one of the only use cases I know of for chains. All season tires will most likely suffice but if you're driving in real winter weather and in snow nothing will beat a set of dedicated winter wheels/tires. I run the Michelin Pilot Alpin on 19" wheels for my PTT and they are fantastic. Chains are a pain in the butt IMO - best of luck finding a solution!

I would not use actual chains on the Panamera, but these look like an affordable solution - the only negative reviews are from folks that didn't purchase the needed tensioner. No experience w/ this product but I'd consider it if I were in your position:

I don't drive my Panamera in the nasty weather. However, I did have a RWD Jaguar XJR and proper snow tires made all the difference. The performance all seasons were like toboggans in ice or snow. I mounted Bridgestone winter tires on seperate wheels and the Jag thought it was a snow cat! The difference was astonishing.
Never been a fan of chains other than for true emergency use. If roads are so bad that you need chains, you need to be in a vehicle more suited to those conditions.
